The CHOSEN Women’s Ministry at Nehemiah Ministries Christian Church mission is to help rebuild broken walls women’s lives. In rebuilding we enrich, equip, mentor, coach, and encourage all women in their lives to ultimately live a life that honors God. Minister Carmen L. West, along with the CHOSEN Women’s Ministry staff, is passionate about teaching, applying, and implementing scripture into the lives of women, as well as mentoring and encouraging women to transform into what God desires them to be so they can actively and rightfully take their place as a representative of God in His kingdom and in the communities they serve. Since 2005, the CHOSENWomen’s Ministry has served the community by sponsoring the annual Let’s Give Them Something To Talk About Women’s Conference where more than 500 women’s lives have been impacted,
inspired, and transformed.
The women of CHOSEN focus to spiritually and emotionally equip women for the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12) that has been entrusted to them and to walk in the power and authority that is given to them by Jesus Christ Gohn 15:16). The goal is to help women grow so that they can be prepared and effectively go and do the kingdom assignments that God has entrusted to them. The CHOSEN Women’s Ministry will help any woman who desires to become more mature spiritually and emotionally and assist with equipping them for life’s challenges and the work of the ministry. The ministry offers weekly classes for women from age 18 and older focusing on issues strictly pertaining to women.

The vision of CHOSEN is to help rebuild broken walls in women’s lives by developing programs, encouraging them through scripture, and equipping women at all levels through their personal and spiritual lives through mentoring and coaching.

The target audience for the CHOSEN Women’s Ministry is any woman, whether she be a member of Nehemiah Ministries or not, who is in need of instruction, guidance, interaction, and fellowship. From a We and ministry perspective, these women have significant roles in their homes, workplaces, organizations, and churches. The ministry is also targeting that woman who may feel as if she is alone or unworthy of love, especially God’s love; women who are or have been broken, abused, or neglected; and the ministry is for the woman who knows that she is God’s woman because she has entrusted her We to Christ. That woman Just may be you.
